Inquiring minds want to know...

Janeannechovy (sis-in-law) and Stephanie (next door neighbor) tagged me with a similar meme. One was to list six unspectacular things about me and the other is six unspectacular quirks... so take your pick if you want to play along.

Six unspectacular things (or quirks) about me:

1. I seem to lose things a lot: keys, credit card, my WEDDING RING (been missing for a while now, sniff, sniff).
2. I am not much of an organizer, although I'm good at cleaning. I don't even own a label maker! (My parents are both extremely organized...does this skip a generation or something?).
3. I get motion sickness, especially when driving in the mountains (and get very sick when I'm pregnant- I swear that these things must be linked).
4. I have a Human Development degree (Family Sci. from BYU...I would totally do something different now).
5. I rarely try a new recipe yet have plenty of recipe books and magazines.
6. I am a "homebody" and would rather play games, watch a movie, or curl up with a good book than go shopping (I'm not a shopper) or out to a party, etc.

I used to not lose anything but now that I have 2 little guys who somehow get into EVERYTHING...my stuff gets spread all over our house and I'm always trying to find my stuff! As for the motion sickness/pregnancy sickness link...I agree cause I have both issues as well! I had no idea that was what your degree was in! Cool! (I have a business degree and would do something different now too! It is funny how we change huh!)

I have a Family Science Degree from BYU too....and I think I'd do something totally different now too! I may have kept it as a minor becuse I loved a lot of the classes, but for a major...something else.

Yikes! Sorry about your ring. It's got to be somewhere, right? And I think Jason would love it if I stopped trying new recipes....especially when they are of my own creation. Hee hee. I have a Family Studies and Human Development degree from the U and I LOVED it and still do. I wish I remembered more of it because it was so fascinating to me as I was learning it. And I wish I was a better organized and better yet, a dejunker. I have the hardest time getting rid of things. Fun to learn a little more about you. And thanks again a million for helping me out tomorrow! You da' best!

I use degree under my arms. I guess I'm not the smartest one on here. I never know where anything is, the other day I helped out at the school and ran errands all day only to find out at 7pm that my shirt was on backwards. I am sure that doesn't surprise anyone who knows me.

I'm a homebody, too! Homebodies rule! I just wish I didn't feel compelled to leave the house so much these days because I have kids who like to "Go, go!" (as Big says). I can't wait until I can indulge my homebody nature a bit more. Of course, there is the chance that because I have the mother I have that I may never not feel guilty while doing it!
