Today was Burke's Kindergarten graduation. Each child was asked to dress as what they want to be when they grow up for a little "fashion show" and program. When I asked Burke what he wanted to be, I expected him to say the usual "a businessman, like Dad," but he has apparently changed his career path (a magician wears a much more interesting outfit than the casual shorts/shirts that Rob wears). The program was cute (and just the right length) and Rob and I were pleased that we could actually hear our little magician's voice singing out during the songs. Just as entertaining as the program itself, was Hewitt on the front row just as enthralled and amused as you can image.

Abracadabra, alakazam...
Burke says, "A first-grader is now what I am!"

Love the third picture of Burke, Tams. Very cool.
I like it, too--maybe you should have it printed out for the grandkids' wall? It would be great if all the pictures showed as much personality as that one.
The outfit turned out great! You're a magician of a mom for putting that together!
First of all, I don't think I could have spelled "Abracadabra, alakazam..." but I'm not very smart.
Second of all, he looks fabulous. Strange to think that your baby is no longer in kindergarten isn't it?
Third of all, I'm so glad Hewitt enjoyed it, because I was feeling bad that I couldn't watch him for you.
I agree...the third picture is my favorite! He is such a great kid!!!! I love the cape!!!
How adorable, what a great idea, and what an entertainer! It seems like yesterday he was 2. Hang on and enjoy the ride...it goes by too fast!
